Apple release is “Bigger than bigger”

September 6, 2014, was the day the Apple world changed – again. The new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus hit the markets and outperformed expectations.
“iPhone 6 isn’t simply bigger — it’s better in every way,” states apple.com.
The first and biggest adaptation the company has made is the bigger phone. The iPhone 6 is 4.7 inches in length and 6.9 millimeters wide. The iPhone 6 plus is 5.5 inches long and 7.1 millimeters wide. They are measured for length diagonally across the screen. The width is measured from the back to the front.
A feature really important to the customer is the camera. New to iOS 8 and the iPhone is time-lapse video. It allows to take video over a long period of time and then speeds it up. The camera on the iPhone 6 is 1.5-micron pixels. The average iPhone user probably doesn’t know what that even means, but it makes the camera take the highest quality pictures that iPhones have ever taken.
Everyone loves fast. The iPhone 6 and 6 plus has faster LTE speeds and gives three times faster service when connected to Wi-Fi.
Touch ID returns to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus. Not only can the user unlock their phone like on the iPhone 5s, they can use their print to user their credit card. Now, the iPhone will keep users’ credit card information saved. With the touch of the users’ fingerprint, they can use the virtual representation of their credit card to make purchases in apps or even in stores.
With stats like that, it seems like everyone would enjoy the new iPhones. But, the topic of conversation now is, “The iPhone 6 plus looks like an iPad” or, “These phones are way too big.”
“I like it a lot, but it’s definitely a big change and I can see why people don’t like it. Like, it fits in my pockets but it probably won’t fit in girls’ pockets,” stated junior Patrick Beck.
“The new iPhones seem really awesome, but I like a phone that can fit in my pocket, so I probably won’t upgrade,” said senior Jodi Enfield.
Well, from AT&T, the 6 plus had the highest demand when it was released. The iPhone 6 obviously had a pretty high demand since everyone is looking for the next best thing, but the iPhone 6 plus climbed the charts almost immediately.
