Certain ages bring memories back to life;

Memories shared between generations

Lillian Weatherman, Reporter

Memories are like a record that you can replay in your brain over and over. These memories can be so good that
you can imagine it like you are there. But as well as bad memories that can be hard to forget like an injury or a fight
with your best friend. Sense a memory stores information for some reason there's always that certain age and
memory that is remembered.
Like our French teacher Larissa Arist, she said that she would like to go back to 20 years old. “That’s the year I
lived in France.” She wanted to relive the experience that time in her life. It is usually something that brings people
joy and they could just keep rewinding and doing it again.
Kids and teens can also want to relive their childhood memories like sophomore Alyssa Edwards. She would
want to go 7 years old, “It was the best year of my life, I would have no responsibility and get to be a kid again.”
Teens probably would rather go back to their kid days but maybe be excited for the future.
Some adults want to go back to when their kids are younger like our Chemistry teacher Kimberly Harris. She
says, “I would want to go back to 30 when my kids were younger.” It would be nice to go back and watch your kids
grow again. sophomore Jonathan Coale says that he would want to go back to 10 years old. “It’s when I got my first
Xbox and got to play with my friends while I wasn’t at school.”
In the future memories could be able to be talked about with your kids, grandkids, and whoever else you would
want to share that specific wholesome memory with. Memories can be made everywhere at different times and different places.
