Technology has advanced to include Google Glass, (interactive glasses with internet and other capabilities) and even Samsung Gear, (an interactive watch that allows the user to make and receive phone calls and other such things from your wrist without even taking out a phone out ).
Google has introduced the Google Tattoo, which is a temporary tattoo worn on the neck collar area that allows you to talk on the phone without an earpiece and listen to music without headphones. It is heard to be patented along with Motorola. The technology picks up sound waves and vibrations from the neck and is able to convey a clear voice to the person across the line. Idea behind this is that there will be no longer have troubles hearing or conveying a voice on the phone in loud or crowded places. At a busy job, or at concert or a stadium, the entire conversation could seem like its taking place in the brain.
The idea of a tattoo on the neck area already seems painful to most people. However, Google’s tattoo is more of a sticker. Due to its very strong adhesive, it’s very durable, and it allows the user to wear the device for a week or so at a time and take it off whenever It connects through Bluetooth to a smartphone and it’s about Band-Aid size. Google hope to expand the technology even further. It is expected that the neck tattoo could replace the modern day lie detector. Google tat would be able to read skin impulses and essentially read a persons mind.
