For a lot of high-schoolers romantic avenues and affairs can be difficult to navigate. Especially in this day and age where we as a society have made things so complicated that could be so simple.

For example are you “in a talking stage”, or “friendzoned”, dating without a label, free to flirt with other people or is it exclusive? Things like this could be solved easily if people just communicated with one another, not just over text or Snapchat or Instagram DM’s, like face to face.

So much can be read from a persons body language and interaction if they are willing to be honest and open. Vulnerability is hard at this age because everyone has a lot on their mind, that’s understandable; but don’t forget that everyone else is going through high school too.

Labeling something and having open communication with a person of interest is key to success. Here is what students had to say about labels (access video above).
