What is the biggest mistake we have made as humans?

“I feel like as a human race we have made a lot of mistakes. If I had to choose just one, I would have to say being intolerant of differences among us. For all of history people have been separated and put into groups based on their race, religion, gender, sexual preference etc. Just because they do not fit into the box of what certain people decided society should be. This intolerance has caused almost all wars and genocides that have occurred in our world. If people were a little more accepting of others our world would be a much better place.”

“The biggest mistake we have made as humans has been looking at the world through hateful eyes. People make the world a disgusting place at times, everyone hates on each other causing sexism, racism, homophobia etc. if people were nicer the world would be better. Often people grow up around this hate and the cycle continues. Being hateful humans is our biggest mistake and sadly it is irreversible.”
