People or things that give students inspiration

Cara Chaney, Senior

Kylie Jenner is my inspiration because she created her own multi million dollar business and changed the beauty standard. Also, she does what she wants and doesn’t listen to the haters. 

Teagan Flaherty, Junior

My parents inspire me because of how strong they are and how much they love me. My mom has struggled with illness since I was born, especially when she had breast cancer. My dad and I have to take on a lot of challenges and as for my dad I can’t imagine facing them while also raising me. I hope that I grow to be as strong as them and be just as loving towards my family in the future.

Music and art inspire me a lot, as well as people who have the courage to stay true to themselves even when society says it’s wrong.

Sharalyn Gardener, Senior 

Well, my dog, Shivers, has fallen down my stairs like four times and hasn’t died. Also, she makes me wanna get up everyday to take her out, or else she’d sit and die. She’s a very good dog to have if you are not mentally well because if you don’t take care of her, who will, she inspires me to live when her chubby body runs out the door every morning because if she can do it, so can I.
