Exerobics class removed from physical education curriculums; Hawks nest reacts to change

The only two high schools in Horford County which offer the exerobics curriculum were North Harford High School and Joppatowne High School. Students who were interested in enhancing their cardiovascular health, flexibility, agility, balance, and muscle tone were drawn to the session.

Although, due to low enrollment, the Department of Health and Guidance terminated this class. The course taught students how to improve their physical health and aid in mental calmness through exercise and a positive environment.

There is currently no indication that the curriculum will be implemented again in the educational system for future academic years.
