Mindfulness is more important in daily life than some may think



 Many people go through life without therapy when they know they need it and won’t ask for help, or don’t even understand they need it but need the help. There are multiple kinds of therapy, and some people may only find that one works for them while no others do.

 In DBT one of the most discussed practices for coping is mindfulness. Mindfulness is so much more important to everyone’s daily life than people realize.
