Robots at your service

Instead of seeing your local delivery with your package, be prepared to see a robot in his place.
Amazon is having their packages delivered by drones, which is a helicopter robot. The system is being called Amazon Prime Air. If you are a member, your packages can be delivered by these drones if your home is in a ten mile radius of a warehouse.
The robots are being designed by Apple, and are equipped to handle a load of 5 pounds or less. The earliest drones would be legally by flight- ready in 2015, but due to Federal Aviation Administration, they are still developing rules to allow companies to use the product.
“I think that this is a cool idea, but I wonder if they are going to make it so that the mail man is no long needed,” said senior Juli Nuetzel.
