Important information for senior class

To the North Harford Class of 2020,

As the 2019-2020 school year approaches its close, it is important that you know all of HCPS is aware of and acknowledges that current events have negatively impacted your Senior year experience, and for that we are deeply sorry. While we cannot replace everything you have lost, we are working to create experiences that will allow you to celebrate your accomplishments with family and friends, and to provide as many people as possible access to them during this restrictive time.

Currently, all HCPS High Schools are working collaboratively to design a graduation event that includes a visual display of every graduate’s picture and personal recognitions.  Additionally, you will hear from us very soon about the details of the in-person graduation experience that Dr. Bulson spoke about on his recent video.

In preparation for the digital portion of this event, which will include an electronic display of student information, every senior needs to complete a questionnaire which will allow us to create a more personalized presentation. It is important that we have a response from every senior so that each of you has a place in this historic experience. Even though we are not able to duplicate our traditional ceremonies, we can strive to make this extraordinary time memorable for more than what you’ve lost; we can still capture the excitement and pride that you have in achieving this hard-fought and well-earned goal, but we need your help to do so.
