December 14, 2012 was the day 26 innocent staff and students of Sandy Hook Elementary school lost their lives. Now the original suspect may not be the only one behind this massacre.
The shooting started with 20 year-old Adam Lanza driving to his house in Newtown, Connecticut and shooting his mother, Nancy Lanza. He then took to Sandy Hook Elementary and shot 20 children and six staff members and ending it all with one shot to his head.
Now the conspiracy theory has come out that Lanza was not the one who decided this day was the day he would kill 27 people. Many people have started to believe the government was behind-the-scenes planning the entire event. With the media using a plethora of incorrect information, including the shooter’s identity, locations of the victims, and weapons used, it’s easy to make assumptions that someone was hiding something. It has lead the public to believe the government just wanted a reason to push the new gun legislation. Many bystanders have been constantly harassed because so many believe they’re covering up for the government.
