Taking time; ways you can achieve your hourglass figure

 The ‘hourglass’ figure, think of Kim K or Shakira! This defining figure has permanently stamped its spot in the history books with women researching top to bottom on the look and how to achieve it. But how exactly do they do that?


     Liposculpture: Despite sounding like liposuction, liposculpture takes fat from small pockets instead of bigger areas. The procedure also not only removes fat, but moves it around to create the shape you want. RealSelf.com reports that the average cost of liposculpture is $5,350.


     Exercise: When you choose exercise to get your hourglass figure, you need to target three areas of your body; toning your upper body, reducing your waist, and toning your hips the  National Institutes of Health (NIH). For all of theses areas, research from the NIH suggests; HIIT(High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts can effectively blast your fat while burning calories  


     Diet: Stay away from added sugars and processed food, try fruits, veggies, and whole grain instead. Soda is a must to stay away from, Healthline suggests substituting with sparkling water instead. Healthy fats like seeds and avocados may balance hormones. Watching your portion size and asking yourself if you actually want seconds will help develop eating to your stomachs liking.


At the end of the day, is the hourglass body figure a must? Are you overworking yourself to get this body? So, before you start your journey, be real and think if the body you want is going to change you as a person. Love that body whether you have curves or not.
