The cross country team has high expectations for the 2014 fall season. Coach Laura O’Leary is very excited about this season and has high expectations for both the girls and boys team.
“We have a very fast core of girls who work together extremely well, who push each other forward, and the boys will do very well this year,” said O’Leary.
She believes both the girls and boys teams will make it to States, and they are likely to have a successful year.
Captain Regan Davis is looking forward to her final year running on the team and has high hopes for this season. “My goal for the team for this season is to go to States and for all the runners to improve individually.” said Davis.
There are no home meets this season so a perfect opportunity to support the runners would be the meet on Saturday, September 27th at Bull Run in Hereford.
